The villa consists of a main house and a guest house, 2 large terraces, and there is parking space for 2 cars directly in front of the door.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
From the villa, you have a wide view of the sea through the large windows spanning the entire width of the villa. The villa features a 52" Smart TV, a Sonos Bluetooth speaker, and various games.
Sleep comfortably
There are 3 double bedrooms. In the villa itself, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, a separate shower, washbasin and a toilet.
The guesthouse features a bedroom with two single beds and one room with a double bed. These bedrooms each have their own shower. A double sink and a separate toilet are located between the rooms.
Private wellness
In the 9 x 3 meter infinity pool, you can enjoy swimming, and afterwards enjoy the sunset from the jacuzzi.

There are 4 sunbeds and 2 sunpoofs. Additionally, there are 4 relax chairs on and around the sundeck. Bath towels and beach towels are provided.
Enjoy with friends or family
A unique addition to Villa Tolyos is the cozy lounge seating area with a small bar behind it. Here you can enjoy an exceptionally panaromic view of the bay of Paleros and the stunning sunsets.
On the upper terrace, there is a separate dining table with a small outdoor kitchen, including an (electric) BBQ.

The minimum rental period is 7 days. However, between 1 November and 1 April only a long-term stay of a minimum of 20 days is possible.
PS Please check the availability calendar carefully to see which period is still available. We also prefer consecutive reservation requests.
